4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States and to Mexico using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, WWExpress, freight providers, and our partners' fleets (branded as "QQPartstore Shipping").
  • Delivery estimates are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. Please inspect packages upon delivery and report damage immediately.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranties

  • Returns accepted within 60 days. Customer pays return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Used/Refurbished parts are sold "AS IS / NO WARRANTY."
  • New parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

  • Auto parts may not be compatible with your vehicle. You are responsible for confirming fitment before purchase.
